سورة النمل
Surah Name: An-Naml Meaning: The Ant
وَيَوْمَ نَحْشُرُ مِن كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ فَوْجًا مِّمَّن يُكَذِّبُ بِآيَاتِنَا فَهُمْ يُوزَعُونَ Wayawma nahshuru min kulli ommatin fawjan mimman yukaththibu biayatina fahum yoozaAAoon(a) And remind them of the Day on which We-SWT shall gather from every community a troop of those who belied Our-SWT Signs, and they will be held in order. (27:83) |
Hatta itha jaoo qala akaththabtum biayatee walam tuheetoo biha AAilman ammatha kuntum taAAmaloon(a) Until when they will have come, He-SWT will say: Did you belie My Signs when you could not comprehend them in your knowledge; nay, what else was it that you have been working? (27:84) |
وَوَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِم بِمَا ظَلَمُوا فَهُمْ لَا يَنطِقُونَ WawaqaAAa alqawlu AAalayhim bima thalamoo fahum la yantiqoon(a) And the word concerning them shall be fulfilled because they did wrong and they shall not be able to speak (27:85) |
Alam yaraw anna jaAAalna allayla liyaskunoo feehi wa(al)nnahara mubsiran inna fee thalika laayatin liqawmin yuminoon(a) Do they not consider that We-SWT have made the night that they may repose in it, and the day sight-giving. Verily in them are Signs for those who believe. (27:86) |
Wayawma yunfakhu fee a(l)ssoori fafaziAAa man fee a(l)ssamawati waman fee alardi illa man shaa Allahu wakullun atawhu dakhireen(a) And remind them of the Day on which the Trumpet shall be blown, and terrified shall be those who are in the heavens and the earth, save him whom Allah-SWT wills. And all shall come to Him-SWT lowly. (27:87) |
Watara aljibala tahsabuha jamidatan wahiya tamurru marra a(l)ssahabi sunAAa Allahi allathee atqana kulla shayin innahu khabeerun bima tafAAaloon(a) And you shall see the mountains you deem solid passing away as the passing away of the clouds, the handiwork of Allah-SWT Who-SWT has perfected everything, Verily He-SWT is Aware of all that you do, (27:88) |
مَن جَاء بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ خَيْرٌ مِّنْهَا وَهُم مِّن فَزَعٍ يَوْمَئِذٍ آمِنُونَ Man jaa bi(a)lhasanati falahu khayrun minha wahum min fazaAAin yawmaithin aminoon(a) Whoever will bring good shall have better than its worth; and they will be secure from the terror of that Day (27:89) |
Waman jaa bi(al)ssayyiati fakubbat wujoohuhum fee a(l)nnari hal tujzawna illa ma kuntum taAAmaloon(a) And whoever will bring evil their faces shall be cast down in the Fire. Are you being requited anything save what you have been working? (27:90) |
Innama omirtu an aAAbuda rabba hathihi albaldati allathee harramaha walahu kullu shayin waomirtu an akoona mina almuslimeen(a) I am commanded only to worship the Rabb-SWT of this city which He-SWT has sanctified, and His-SWT is everything, and I am commanded to be of the Muslims (27:91) |
Waan atluwa alqurana famani ihtada fainnama yahtadee linafsihi waman dalla faqul innama ana mina almunthireen(a) And that I should recite the Quran. And whoever receives guidance, receives it for his own soul, and as for him who strays, say you-SW: I am only of the warners. (27:92) |
Waquli alhamdu lillahi sayureekum ayatihi fataAArifoonaha wama rabbuka bighafilin AAamma taAAmaloon(a) And say you-SW: All praise to Allah-SWT Presently He-SWT will show you His-SWT Signs, so that you will recognise them. And your Rabb-SWT is not heedless of what you do. (27:93) |
