By the sky and the night-comer.

(86:1)

Wama adraka ma a(l)ttariq(u)

And what will make you understand what the night-comer is?

(86:2)

A(l)nnajmu a(l)ththaqib(u)

It is the star shining brightly.

(86:3)

In kullu nafsin lamma AAalayha hafith(un)

No soul is there but has a watcher over it.

(86:4)

Falyanthuri alinsanu mimma khuliq(a)

So let man look from what is he created?

(86:5)

Khuliqa min main dafiq(in)

Created from a water dripping.

(86:6)

Yakhruju min bayni a(l)ssulbi wa(al)ttaraib(i)

That issues from between the loins and the breast-bones.

(86:7)

Innahu AAala rajAAihi laqadir(un)

Surely He-SWT is Able to restore him.

(86:8)

Yawma tubla a(l)ssarair(u)

On a Day when secrets shall be out.

(86:9)

Fama lahu min quwwatin wala nasir(in)

The man shall have no power nor any helper.

(86:10)

Wa(al)ssamathati a(l)rrajAA(i)

By the sky which returns.

(86:11)

Wa(a)lardthati a(l)ssadAA(i)

And the earth which splits.

(86:12)

Innahu laqawlun fasl(un)

Verily it is a discourse decisive.

(86:13)

Wama huwa bi(a)lhazl(i)

And it is not a frivolity.

(86:14)

Innahum yakeedoona kayda(n)

Verily they are plotting a plot.

(86:15)

Waakeedu kayda(n)

And I-SWT am plotting a plot.

(86:16)

Famahhili alkafireena amhilhum ruwayda(n)

So respite you the infidels – a gentle respite.

(86:17)

In The Name of Allah-SWT the Most Gracious, The Most Merciful
SECRETS OF REVELATION:

By the heaven and the star that shines when it is dark! In other words, just as the stars are always present in the heaven but shine only when the day comes to an end, so is the system of human actions. Every action is held safely until the darkness of death takes over allowing these actions to make an appearance. Certainly upon all souls are appointed Guardian Angels who record their conduct. According to Hadith, the Guardian Angels are appointed over every person to provide protection against all hazards, save that ordained by Allaah-SWT.The denier of quickening may recollect how he had been created the first time into a physical body, from a gushing fluid, that is, the sperm secreted inside a human body. The loins and breast bones may allude to the entire body.

In other words, what an extensive process it is, whereby He-SWT collects each and every atom destined for a person around the globe then transforms these into different items to reach the body as food. And from within the body is secreted the sperm which He-SWT moulds into human form and adorns it with innumerable qualities. For sure, He-SWT is Potent over quickening it. These deniers will also know on the Day of Gathering when the hidden secrets of everyone will also be unveiled, and their Registers of Conduct brought forth. They will neither have any power, nor will anyone else be able to help them.

The frequent downpour from the heaven that cleaves the soil and lets the herbage sprout forth is also a witness to the fact that Allah-SWT , not only once, but can bring to life as many times as He-SWT wishes. Indeed this is a clear-cut statement, by no means a joke. Though the infidels work out strategies for themselves, yet the Divine Plan takes everyone to his logical sequel. They do, however, have a moment of respite to determine their course of action.
