سورة الحاقة
Surah Name: Al-Haqqah Meaning: The Truth
فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِمَا تُبْصِرُونَ Fala oqsimu bima tubsiroon(a) I-SWT swear by what you see. (69:38) |
Wama la tubsiroon(a) And by what you do not see. (69:39) |
إِنَّهُ لَقَوْلُ رَسُولٍ كَرِيمٍ Innahu laqawlu rasoolin kareem(in) That it is the speech brought by an honourable envoy. (69:40) |
وَمَا هُوَ بِقَوْلِ شَاعِرٍ قَلِيلًا مَا تُؤْمِنُونَ Wama huwa biqawli shaAAirin qaleelan ma tuminoon(a) And it is not the speech of a poet. Little it is that you believe. (69:41) |
وَلَا بِقَوْلِ كَاهِنٍ قَلِيلًا مَا تَذَكَّرُونَ Wala biqawli kahinin qaleelan ma tathakkaroon(a) Nor it is the speech of a soothsayer. Little are you admonished! (69:42) |
تَنزِيلٌ مِّن رَّبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ Tanzeelun min rabbi alAAalameen(a) It is a Revelation from the Rabb-SWT of the worlds. (69:43) |
وَلَوْ تَقَوَّلَ عَلَيْنَا بَعْضَ الْأَقَاوِيلِ Walaw taqawwala AAalayna baAAda alaqaweel(i) And if he had forged concerning Us-SWT some discourses. (69:44) |
لَأَخَذْنَا مِنْهُ بِالْيَمِينِ Laakhathna minhu bi(a)lyameen(i) We-SWT surely would have seized him by the right hand. (69:45) |
ثُمَّ لَقَطَعْنَا مِنْهُ الْوَتِينَ Thumma laqataAAna minhu alwateen(a) And then severed his life vein. (69:46) |
فَمَا مِنكُم مِّنْ أَحَدٍ عَنْهُ حَاجِزِينَ Fama minkum min ahadin AAanhu hajizeen(a) And not one of you would have withheld Us-SWT from punishing him. (69:47) |
وَإِنَّهُ لَتَذْكِرَةٌ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ Wainnahu latathkiratun lilmuttaqeen(a) And surely it is an Admonition to those who fear Allaah-SWT . (69:48) |
وَإِنَّا لَنَعْلَمُ أَنَّ مِنكُم مُّكَذِّبِينَ Wainna lanaAAlamu anna minkum mukaththibeen(a) And verily We-SWT know that some among you belie. (69:49) |
وَإِنَّهُ لَحَسْرَةٌ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ Wainnahu lahasratun AAala alkafireen(a) And verily it shall be an occasion of anguish to the infidels. (69:50) |
Wainnahu lahaqqu alyaqeen(i) And verily it is the truth of absolute certainty. (69:51) |
فَسَبِّحْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الْعَظِيمِ Fasabbih bi(i)smi rabbika alAAatheem(i) So hallow you the Name of your Rabb-SWT , the Great. (69:52) |
