وَلَئِنْ أَذَقْنَا الإِنْسَانَ مِنَّا رَحْمَةً ثُمَّ نَزَعْنَاهَا مِنْهُ إِنَّهُ لَيَئُوسٌ كَفُورٌ Walain athaqna alinsana minna rahmatan thumma nazaAAnaha minhu innahu layaoosun kafoor(un) And if We-SWT let man taste Mercy from Us-SWT , and then withdraw it from him, surely he is despairing, blaspheming. (11:09) |
Walain athaqnahu naAAmaa baAAda darraa massathu layaqoolanna thahaba a(l)ssayyiatu AAannee innahu lafarihun fakhoor(un) And if We-SWT let him taste favour after harm has touched him, he says: ills have departed from me, and he becomes elated, boastful. (11:10) |
إِلاَّ الَّذِينَ صَبَرُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ الصَّالِحَاتِ أُوْلَـئِكَ لَهُم مَّغْفِرَةٌ وَأَجْرٌ كَبِيرٌ Illa allatheena sabaroo waAAamiloo a(l)ssalihati olaika lahum maghfiratun waajrun kabeer(un) Not so are those who persevere and do righteous works. Those: theirs shall be forgiveness and a great reward. (11:11) |
FalaAAallaka tarikun baAAda ma yooha ilayka wadaiqun bihi sadruka an yaqooloo lawla onzila AAalayhi kanzun aw jaa maAAahu malakun innama anta natheerun wa(A)llahu AAala kulli shayin wakeel(un) So perchance you-SW may abandon part of what has been Revealed to you-SW , and your-SW breast is straitened thereby, because they say. why has not a treasure been sent down on him or an angel has come with him? You-SW are but a warner, and of everything Allaah-SWT is a Trustee. (11:12) |
Am yaqooloona iftarahu qul fatoo biAAashri suwarin mithlihi muftarayatin waodAAoo mani istataAAtum min dooni Allahi in kuntum sadiqeen(a) Or do they say: he has fabricated it? Say you-SW : bring you then ten Surahs the like of it, fabricated, and call whom you can besides Allah-SWT, if you say truth. (11:13) |
Fai llam yastajeeboo lakum fa(i)AAlamoo annama onzila biAAilmi Allahi waan lailaha illa huwa fahal antum muslimoon(a) Then if they do not respond, you know that it has been sent down with the Knowledge of Allah-SWT, and that there is no god but He-SWT , are you Muslims then? (11:14) |
Man kana yureedu alhayata a(l)ddunya wazeenataha nuwaffi ilayhim aAAmalahum feeha wahum feeha la yubkhasoon(a) Any one who desires the life of the world and its embellishment, We-SWT shall repay them in full their works therein, and in it they shall not be defrauded. (11:15) |
Olaika allatheena laysa lahum fee alakhirati illa a(l)nnaru wahabita ma sanaAAoo feeha wabatilun ma kanoo yaAAmaloon(a) These are they for whom there is nothing in the Hereafter except the Fire; to nothing shall come what they have performed, and vain is what they have been working. (11:16 ( |
Afaman kana AAala bayyinatin min rabbihi wayatloohu shahidun minhu wamin qablihi kitabu moosa imaman warahmatan olaika yuminoona bihi waman yakfur bihi mina alahzabi fa(al)nnaru mawAAiduhu fala taku fee miryatin minhu innahu alhaqqu min rabbika walakinna akthara a(l)nnasi la yuminoon(a) Is he like him who rests upon an evidence from his Rabb-SWT , and their recites it a witness from Him-SWT ? And before it was the Book of Musa-AS, a pattern and a mercy; these believe therein; and whoever of the sects disbelieves therein, the Fire is his promised resort. Be then you not in doubt thereof, verily it is the truth from your Rabb-SWT , yet most of the mankind do not believe. (11:17) |
Waman athlamu mimmani iftara AAala Allahi kathiban olaika yuAAradoona AAala rabbihim wayaqoolu alashhadu haolai allatheena kathaboo AAala rabbihim ala laAAnatu Allahi AAala a(l)ththalimeen(a) And who does a greater wrong than he who fabricates a lie against Allaah-SWT ? These shall be set before their Rabb-SWT , and the witnesses shall say: these are they who lied against their Rabb-SWT . Lo! The curse of Allaah-SWT shall fall on the wrongdoers. (11:18) |
الَّذِينَ يَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَيَبْغُونَهَا عِوَجًا وَهُم بِالآخِرَةِ هُمْ كَافِرُونَ Allatheena yasuddoona AAan sabeeli Allahi wayabghoonaha AAiwajan wahum bi(a)lakhirati hum kafiroon(a) Who hinder others from the path of Allaah-SWT and seek crookedness therein and they in the Hereafter are disbelievers. (11:19) |
Olaika lam yakoonoo muAAjizeena fee alardi wama kana lahum min dooni Allahi min awliyaa yudaAAafu lahumu alAAathabu ma kanoo yastateeAAoona a(l)ssamAAa wama kanoo yubsiroon(a) These could not escape on the earth, nor could there be for them protectors against Allah-SWT; doubled shall be the torment for them; they were not able to listen nor would they be clear-sighted. (11:20) |
أُوْلَـئِكَ الَّذِينَ خَسِرُواْ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَضَلَّ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يَفْتَرُونَ Olaika allatheena khasiroo anfusahum wadalla AAanhum ma kanoo yaftaroon(a) These are they who have lost their souls, and has strayed from them what they had been fabricating. (11:21) |
لاَ جَرَمَ أَنَّهُمْ فِي الآخِرَةِ هُمُ الأَخْسَرُونَ La jarama annahum fee alakhirati humu alakhsaroon(a) Undoubtedly they! They in the Hereafter shall be the greatest losers. (11:22) |
Inna allatheena amanoo waAAamiloo a(l)salihati waakhbatoo ila rabbihim olaika ashabu aljannati hum feeha khalidoon(a) Surely those who believed and worked righteous works and humbled themselves before their Rabb-SWT -they shall be the inhabitants of the Garden; therein they shall abide. (11:23) |
Mathalu alfareeqayni ka(a)laAAma wa(a)lasammi wa(a)lbaseeri wa(al)ssameeAAi hal yastawiyani mathalan afala tathakkaroon(a) The likeness of the two parties is as the blind and deaf, and the seeing and hearing. Are the two equal in likeness? Are you not admonished then? (11:24) |
